At SafeSnacks (https://safesnack.in), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or replacements may be issued for orders placed through our Platform.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered — You received a product different from what you ordered.
- Damaged or defective product — The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or in an unusable condition.
- Missing items — One or more items from your order were not delivered.
- Quality concerns — The product does not meet the described quality or safety standards.
- Order not delivered — Your order was confirmed but never delivered to you.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Customer was unavailable to receive the order at the time of delivery.
- Minor variations in product appearance compared to images on the Platform (e.g., packaging design updates).
- Orders that have been consumed or partially consumed without prior complaint.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Raise a support ticket — Go to your Profile, navigate to the Support section, and create a new ticket describing the issue.
- Provide evidence — Attach clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage. Include your order ID and a brief description of the problem.
- Submit within 24 hours — Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
5. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is received, our team will review it within 2–3 business days.
- You may be contacted for additional information or evidence if needed.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You may be asked to provide your bank account details.
6. Replacement Policy
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. This is subject to product availability at the Partner Store. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Before confirmation: Orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed by the Partner Store, and a full refund will be issued.
- After confirmation: Once an order is confirmed and being prepared, cancellations may not be possible. If cancelled at this stage, a partial refund may be issued at SafeSnacks' discretion.
- After dispatch: Orders that have been dispatched for delivery cannot be cancelled.
8. Refund for Promotional Orders
For orders placed using discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers, the refund amount will be limited to the actual amount paid by the customer. The value of the discount or coupon will not be refunded or reissued.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the issue by contacting our support team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
